We have meticulously designed a delivery process that prioritizes your parrot’s comfort and security every step of the way.

How We Ensure a Safe Journey

We do not use standard shipping services. We partner exclusively with USDA-licensed and IPATA-certified professional animal transport companies. These experts specialize in the safe, climate-controlled, and humane transport of live animals.

Your parrot will travel with:

• A secure, airline-approved travel carrier.

• Familiar food and water for the journey.

• Soft, absorbent bedding for comfort.

• Our contact information clearly displayed.

The Process: From Our Home to Yours

1. Booking: Once your adoption is finalized, we immediately book your parrot’s travel with our trusted partners.

2. Health Check: Right before travel, your parrot receives a final health check to ensure they are fit for the journey.

3. Real-Time Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking code to monitor your parrot’s trip in real-time, from pickup to delivery.

4. Direct Delivery: Your parrot is delivered directly to your door by the transport professional.

Prefer to Pick Up In Person?

We completely understand if you’d like to meet your new companion firsthand. In-person pickup is always available and encouraged at our aviary by appointment. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see where your parrot was raised and ask any final questions in person.
