We are deeply committed to the health, well-being, and longevity of every African Grey parrot we raise. Our comprehensive Health Guarantee is designed to provide you with confidence and peace of mind, ensuring you welcome a vibrant and healthy companion into your home.
✅ What Our Guarantee Covers
We stand behind the genetic health of our parrots. If your African Grey is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic or congenital condition within the first 12 months from the date of adoption, we will provide you with a replacement parrot of equal value from our next available clutch.
📋 Terms of the Guarantee
For this guarantee to be honored, the following conditions must be met:

Veterinary Confirmation: The condition must be confirmed in writing by a licensed avian veterinarian.

Severity: The health issue must be severe, life-threatening, or critically impact the parrot’s long-term quality of life.

Return: The original parrot must be returned to us safely and in good overall condition, aside from the diagnosed issue.

Non-Transferable: This guarantee is extended only to the original adopting family and is non-transferable.
Please note: This guarantee provides for a replacement parrot only. No cash refunds will be issued.
⚠️ What Is Not Covered
This health guarantee does NOT cover:

Illnesses or injuries resulting from accident, neglect, or improper care.

Conditions related to an inadequate diet, environment, or exposure to toxins.

Common avian health issues such as minor nutritional deficiencies, external parasites (mites), or stress-related behaviors like feather plucking.

Routine veterinary care, including annual check-ups, grooming, or treatments for common infections.

Any health issues that arise after the first 12-month guarantee period.
